You can't get much animation out of 2 images.

Take a ship sprit , take the harbor sprite and replace all ( or not ) with your movement

its easy tbh i cant see why ppl havent thought of this alrdy

all you do is make a merged copy of the ship off SPRing then take the 2 wave images dump them into photoshop set the ship to normal blending and teh two waves to Screen Blinding

then open ImageReady make to windows on the animation bar at the bottom

set one 1st wave and ship showing turn the other off
then the next frame do the other wave
make it a 0.6 sec delay

then save as a .gif image

result 8)
